• Contact form: name, business (optional), email, phone (optional), website (optional), the service area you are exploring, a description of your need, your current workflow and your preferred contact method.
• Standard technical data: server logs collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and diagnose faults.
• Engagement data: information you share during a project — workflows, documents, processes — used solely to build and run the systems you ask us to deliver.

We use the information you share to respond to inquiries, scope and quote projects, deliver and support the work, communicate during an engagement and improve the quality of our responses.

We do not use your information for marketing we have not asked to send, and we do not share it with third parties to sell to you. Submitting the contact form asks you to send an email from your own account; we do not claim to deliver, store or process that message before it leaves your mail client.

A few, limited situations: where it is required to deliver a project (for example, approval to connect a system you specified), where we are required to by law, or with service providers we use to run our own business (for example, hosting or email) who are bound to keep it confidential.

If you are reading this because you would rather we avoided a given provider, tell us — where possible we build around your infrastructure instead of ours.

Information is stored on systems protected by access controls and is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — typically while an inquiry is open or an engagement is active, plus the period required to keep accurate records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

The site does not currently set advertising cookies or sell browsing behaviour to ad partners. Where analytics are used, they are configured to minimise what is recorded. This page will be updated whenever that changes.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, restrict its use or delete it. Where we act as a processor on your behalf, we will follow your instructions and our written agreement with you. Write to us at support@altenzalabs.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
